Upper Barn
Upper Barn is a 3 bedroomed apartment located on the first floor of the barn. There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area making it suitable to sleep up to 8 people. There is also a separate wc/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen/lounge/diner. Upper Barn is heated via wall mounted electric radiators. Guests staying in Upper Barn have the use of an enclosed garden to the rear of the barn overlooking open fields. The garden has a picnic table and a brick built barbeque. Quality bedlinen and towels are provided. Electricity and gas are included in the hire cost. A "Welcome Basket" containing milk, butter, welsh cakes and freshly baked homemade bread is waiting for guests on arrival. A small amount of tea, coffe & sugar are also provided to get you started.
Upper Barn also has an adjoining door at the bottom of the stairs to link it with No 1 Lower Barn for those who require an extra bedroom and sofa bed, the Upper Barn can be let with No 1 lower barn as one large unit.

There is also room in the bedroom to accommodate a travel cot. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave,twin electric hob & mini oven, plus all usual crockery, utensils etc.The lounge area has a TV (with Sky-free channels only), DVD player, and CD player. Heating is provided by wall mounted electric radiators. There is also shared access to an enclosed front patio area with picnic table and views to open countryside, to the front of the barn.
