Tyn-y-Beili
is situated 9 miles from the towns of Builth Wells (Llanfair-ym-muallt) and
Llandrindod Wells and 15 miles from Rhayader (Rhaeadr Gŵy), and 7 miles from
Newbridge-on-wye in Powys, Mid
Please note that we are located down a stone country track which is
unsuitable at the moment for very low vehicles such as sports cars and lowered
cars.
Check in is from 3pm on day of arrival and Check out is by 10am on day of departure.

Builth Wells
From Builth Wells
take the A483 towards Llandovery to Garth.As you pass into Garth shortly after
entering the 40mph speed limit turn right at the bottom of the hill (very
sharp, road runs alongside Garth Mill). Follow this road to the end(approx 2.5
miles)At the crossroads continue straight across (signposted Capel Rhos).
After approx 150yards the road forks, take the left fork (Tanyrallt) down
through the farmyard (this is a working farm please observe 10 mph speed limit).
Continue to follow this road for approx 2 miles (following the signs for
Tyn-y-Beili Holiday Barn) making sure to follow the road round the sharp right hand
bend at the top of the hill, we are right at the end of the tarmac road and then through the gate on the right and down the unmade
road.
Newbridge-on-Wye
From Newbridge-on-Wye
take the B4358 direction Beulah and follow this road to Llanafan
Fawr.From Llanafan Fawr follow the road for approx. 2 miles until you come to a
crossroads with a telephone box and post box in a lay-by ahead to the left.Turn
right at the crossroads (signposted Capel Rhos). Continue for approx. 100 yards
until the road forks and take the left fork (Tanyrallt) down through the
farmyard (this is a working farm please observe 10mph speed limit). Continue to follow this road for approx. 2 miles (following the signs for Tyn-y-Beili Holiday Barn) making sure to follow the road round the sharp right hand bend at the top of the hill. We are right at the end of the tarmac road and then through the gate on the right and down the unmade road.
Beulah
From Beulah turn
left after The Trout public house onto the B4358. Continue for approx. 2 miles
until you come down a hill towards a crossroads with a layby and phone box on
the right. At the crossroads turn left (signposted Capel Rhos). After approx
150yards the road forks, take the left fork (Tanyrallt) down through the
farmyard (this is a working farm please observe 10mph speed limit). Continue to
follow this road for approx 2 miles (following the signs for Tyn-y-Beili Holiday Barn) making sure you follow the road around the sharp right hand bend at the top of the hill. We are right at the end of the tarmac road and through the gate on the right and down the unmade road.
PLEASE CLOSE ALL GATES BEHIND YOU. The Barn is located on the right side of the yard,
please park on this side. Please knock at the Farmhouse and we shall be happy
to welcome you.
